Each lamp is shipped in two separate packages:

  • Package 1: The lamp base
  • Package 2: The lamp shade

These packages are shipped separately and may arrive at different times. Please do not be alarmed if one arrives before the other.

3. Delivery Times Are Estimates Only

All delivery timeframes provided at checkout, in confirmation emails, or through carrier tracking are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or regulatory processing
  • Other events outside our control

5. Title and Risk of Loss

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after shipment.

Shipping fees may reflect multiple shipments or packages within a single order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or any other shipping information.

At this time, we ship only within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future, and separate shipping rates and policies may apply.
